So, in going through some keepsakes, I found my dad’s binoculars. The address, written in my dad’s hand, says “A. L. Day, YMCA, Salisbury Road, Kowloon, Hong Kong.” I think he went in 1963. Shortly after this, he would have moved into the boarding house where he met the cute young nurse who lived downstairs, my mom. #tbt #hongkong
