I’m all about breathing today. ‘Spirit’ is from the Latin 'spiritus’, breath - the ancient Romans believed that the soul is breathed into the body. It joins inspiration (the breath of creativity), expire (the last breath out), and conspire (to breathe and whisper together). (via @susie_dent)
