I made lamb meatballs and tomato sauce this week so, quite naturally, I made pizza with them. I couldn’t get ahold of any mozzarella so I’ve used rather fancier cheeses. I give you tomato sauce, lamb meatballs, mushrooms, and kale, one with Le Champayeur and the other with Baluchon.
